Monthly Order Cap - What's going on?

I want to let you in on a change at Shibari Circus.

Starting June 2026, we'll be taking a handful of orders per month . Once those spots are tied up, ordering closes until the following month.

5 rope kit orders per month

I know that might sting a little if you're ready to order right now — so let me untangle it for you.

Every rope kit we make takes real time and hands-on attention. The conditioning, the finishing, the little details that make a set feel right the moment it lands in your hands — none of that can be rushed without the quality slipping. And quality is why you came to us in the first place.

The honest truth? Demand has outgrown the hours in my day. Rather than cut corners or leave you hanging on a kit that isn't up to standard, or takes forever to get, I'd rather make fewer of them and make every single one properly.

So here's the plan: Pre-determined number per month, made with care, no shortcuts, and no fraying at the edges. Each kit normally takes 2 to 7 days to put together — and as I get this new rhythm rolling out, I'm hoping to tighten that turnaround even more.

If this month's spots are already claimed, here's what to do:

• Join the email waitlist so you're first to know when ordering reopens.
• Set a reminder for the 1st of next month — that's when a fresh batch of openings comes around.
